1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2000.
- For orders below ₹2000, a flat shipping charge of ₹30 applies.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will share a tracking ID and courier details via email. You can track your order status on the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:
- We will attempt to contact you for re-delivery.
- Re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
